30-Day Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at HappyPicnic. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the product from us. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re purchasing and using our products. HappyPicnic wants you to be satisfied with your new purchase. But if you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we are happy to help you anytime. Please feel free to send an e-mail to us when you have any problem. We accept 30 days for return after you received your package.
Damage and issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please contact us via email email@example.com, attach your order information, related photos. We will contact you the first time, choose to resend or refund according to your wishes. The resulting shipping and taxes will be borne by us.
When we receive your request, we will check it and notify you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Return Procedure will take about 1-3 business days, depend on the actual situation.1. Unreceived Goods
Due to logistics reasons, if you do not receive the goods, please contact our customer service, we will at the first time to confirm the loss of the package, solicit your opinion is to re-delivery or choose a refund, if it is re-shipment, we will immediately send out the package and monitor it in real-time, and the resulting shipping and taxes will be borne by us.
If you choose to refund, we will refund the actual payment amount of the order, excluding the amount of the coupon deduction.
2. Return or Exchange Goods with Quality Problem after Receipt
If there is a quality problem in the product itself or the quality of the product caused by the logistics process, please contact the customer team, we will contact you the first time, choose to resend or refund according to your wishes. The resulting shipping and taxes will be borne by us.
If there is no problem with the quality of the product, and you choose the product wrongly or just want to return the product, please contact our customer service staff to provide you with the return contact information, but the resulting shipping and taxes will be borne by you. You will be refunded after we receive the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Painted Parts, Parts that have been modified. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you within 72 hours once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 Business days.
